Inverrary Condominium Association is located in unincorporated Deerfield, IL area, within award-winning Stevenson High School district and close proximity to fine dining, shopping and entertainment. We are conveniently situated near I-294 and Buffalo Grove Metra commuter station, close to a number of Fortune 500 employers and O’Hare International. Our community is an eclectic mix of families, retirees, and young professionals coming from varied geographic and cultural backgrounds.
Our association is comprised of 436 units in 109 buildings with 4 units in each building. Homes were built in multiple stages in mid to late 1970s. Our amenities include a beautiful pond, three (3!) outdoor pools, and walking paths that meander through the property.
As an owner of a townhome in Inverrary, you are a member of the Inverrary Condominium Association. The Association owns the common grounds and facilities. Co-owners elect members to the Board of Directors at its Annual Meeting; these Directors are volunteers and serve without pay.
Our property is proudly managed by FirstService Residential and our Property Manager is Jennifer Falasz.

Elected by the Board, Association’s President maintains the chief executive officer duties and is the main point of contact between the Board and our property management company.
Peggy Goulet-Isaac, Vice President
Elected by the Board, Association’s Vice President handles duties of the President when the President is not available.
Lyuba Starikovsky, Treasurer
Elected by the Board, Association’s Treasurer manages Association’s finances and financial records.
