Stay Safe!
If you have not set up an appointment for work to be done to your unit or one has not previously been arranged please do not let anyone inside your home. If someone comes to your door saying they are there to do work or check something on behalf of the Association without it previously being arranged, please call Customer Care at 877-999-6491 prior to giving them access to your home. It is better to make them wait outside while you confirm with someone than to allow them access to your home.
New Trash containers
After months of anticipation our new trash containers were delivered on Monday, January 13th, 2020! There will only be trash and recycling pick up once a week starting the week of January 13, 2020! Trash and recycling pick up will only be on Mondays. If Monday is a holiday, pick up will be on Tuesday. Recycling should still be placed in your existing container. A new container will not be supplied for recycling.
-Starting the week of January 20, 2020 trash and recycling bins should be placed in or against to the grassy areas on the sides of the garages. Try to place the carts in a manner as to not block any garages or vehicles from getting out of or around the driveway.
-All trash and recycling should be placed out by 6:00 AM on the day of pick up. All trash containers need to be returned to the interior of the unit by the end of the pick up day.
-All trash and recycling should be placed inside of the containers.
-If you would like to request a larger trash cart please contact Customer Care and a request will be issued to Waste Management.
-Please contact Customer Care at 877-999-6491 with any questions or concerns regarding trash pick up.
